Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for patrons.Solid understanding of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and compliance.Proficiency in computerized POS systems and basic accounting principles.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
