Advance Agile principles:
Support to the teams to help fixing delivery impediments Close collaboration with the Tribe’s Product Owners, ScrumMasters and other Agile stakeholders Active participation to the ScrumMaster Community of Practice Active contribution to the tribe improvements in a scaled agile organization gradually adopting a DevOps approach.
Lead of the tribe delivery and efficiency:
Monitors the efficiency of the tribe and reports issues to tribe management Facilitates tribe discussions and coaches leadership team and squads Prepares and facilitates events & ceremonies (QP, QBR, retro, etc) Leads the delivery of the tribe features across different teams and departments Ensures that the scope and the solution are cleared for the teams before starting the delivery Ensures the planning of the E2E feature in the Tribe’s Quarterly planning in alignment with the agreed project landmarks and informs the project manager in case of deviations Works in close collaboration with the Tribe Leadership and the Epic Owners for the quality of the delivery Requirements:
Extensive experience working with Project Management / Delivery Management Delivery management experience in cross-functional multi-platform projects Very good communication skills (verbal, written, active listening) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level Very good analysis &investigation skills; ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions Ability to operate in a changing environment and to participate to the change Experience in managing and mentoring teams (virtual and direct ones) Strong leadership skills Strong negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills at various levels of management Solid knowledge of Business and financial drivers Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion Experience in and supporting agile practices and methods in delivery #LI-DL1 Euroclear
