You will also develop and optimize the framework for how the Telenet Commercial department works.
In this way of working, you will be the point of contact for any issues within the team and other teams.Your Duties as a ScrumCoach:
You will manage the department as a servant coach, focusing on efficient collaboration, strong performance and flexibility.
You take ownership for developing and implementing a way of working that is aligned with the Telenet Commercial department and you continuously look for opportunities for improvement.
You make sure that you include everyone at all levels in your story and the way of working.
Every three months you prepare the quarterly planning together with the different teams, for the next quarter.
You ensure that dependencies are clearly discussed both within and outside the department.
Facilitate ceremonies for the entire tribe as well as the various teams to improve operations and prioritization.
You will act as a point of contact for issues that impede the business and way of working within and outside the department, and promote constructive solutions.

Our ScrumCoach has Agile Expertise.
You have knowledge of agile principles, methodologies and practices such as Scrum and Kanban, but are also very adaptable to what the department needs.
You have experience with coaching, specifically coaching individuals and teams to understand and apply the principles of agile.
You have strong leadership skills.
As a Scrum Coah, you are a servant leader by nature, motivating, inspiring and supporting team members to deliver their best work.
You can facilitate meetings, workshops and retrospectives facilitate to improve team collaboration and performance.
Knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence are not foreign to you.
You have strong communication skills in order to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders at various levels.
You are energized by problem solving thinking, this in order to identify and resolve challenges and obstacles, both at the individual and team level.
You are very fluent in English and knowledge of Dutch is also a big plus.
And finally, as a ScrumCoach, you are flexible.
You can easily adapt to changing circumstances and learn new methods and techniques.
