openen van dossiers, analyse van de schadegevallen, controle van de voorwaarden van de polis, contactname met de belanghebbenden, ..

Je neemt tevens beslissingen over de dekking van een schadegeval.

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (rechtspraktijk of financie en verzekeringswezen) of het equivalent door ervaring.Een eerst ervaring in de verzekering sector is een plus.Enkele jaren ervaring inzake beheer van schadegevallen is een troef.Je stelt menselijk contact op prijs en haalt energie uit het bijstaan van klantenJe hebt een vlotte pen:
jouw brieven en emails bepalen immers de vlotheid van een schadedossier.Je bent in staat om schadegevallen kritisch te analyseren en je hebt zin voor initiatief.Je voelt je er goed bij om gelijktijdig verschillende lopende dossiers te behandelen.Je bent op zoek naar veel diversiteit in jouw werk.Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, kennis van het Frans is een plus.Je bent een problem solver, je laat je niet snel ontmoedigen en ziet moeilijkheden als een leuke uitdaging.About AXAAt AXA, we want to be more than the world leader in insurance and asset management.
