- Belgium Market As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

Establishing and developing regional customer relationships to expand business sales channels; Formulating and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives; Developing and maintaining close contact with customers, fostering intense relationships to gain market share within assigned regions; Conducting regional market research and analyzing competitor positioning; Developing new business opportunities and penetrating the Belgium market; Managing existing business and establishing strong, long-term customer relationships; Identifying and generating new sales opportunities, closing sales orders; Promoting and selling the ProAV products and solutions; Identifying key ProAV market influencers, establishing contact, and demonstrating unique selling points of the products; Establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives in line with management instructions; Conducting sales visits, organizing local promotional work, and participating in sales activities; Attending fairs, tradeshows, and professionally representing the company at marketing events; Providing product and sales training to clients to enhance their understanding of the products and their applications; Other duties as directed by the Country Manager for the Benelux region.

Requirements Requirements Sales Representative (ProAV)
- Belgium Market We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

Junior to middle level ProAV sales experience; Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the ProAV industry; Preference for candidates with experience in ProAV manufacturing companies such as LG, Samsung, Sharp, Panasonic, etc.; Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record in achieving sales targets; Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; In-depth knowledge of the ProAV industry; Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor positioning; Proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
