Leading a team of Sales Consultants Monitoring targets and conversion rate and adjusting as necessary Organizing and facilitating sales training and coaching sessions for the team, with support from the UK headquarters Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads Responsibility for developing the sales strategy for the untapped areas Coordinating retention efforts in collaboration with other teams Managing individual and group bonuses, with a transparent and fair reward system Actively selling corporate packages and engaging in B2B partnership opportunities Managing two types of subscriptions and driving sales without focusing on price Contributing to individual and group bonuses by meeting set goals Actively participating in sales activities with a focus on closing deals and maintaining healthy competition within the team Job Requirements This is the profile of a Sales Manager we are looking for in the region of Sterrebeek:
