Takes responsibility as Management Team member for the development and execution of the Belgian strategy.Leads the retention and development of KAM customers.Responsible for contributing to the development of Fabory BE’s sales strategy by proactively providing strategic input.Is responsible for a constant customer focus within the team and for the continuous improvement of the processes within this framework.

Profitable growth :

Develops and executes on Fabory KAM Be's commercial budget within the guidelines of Fabory.Takes actions to realize the budget by managing concrete actions both in short and long term and by taking corrective actions when needed.Builds an effective growing network with the largest customers and prospects together with the Key Account Managers and country director BE.Ensures a continuous and forward-looking approach towards accelerated profitable growth by developing a strategy and tactical approach for existing customers, lost customers and new prospects.

Sales New Business :

As sales manager KAM you are responsible for an own pipeline of prospects & new business opportunities meaning that you execute on sales yourself for ca 25% of your time.With this own direct hunting responsibility you give the example to the team how to win new business and coach them how to do the same in an inspiring way.
