The field sales team is composed of 6 sales representatives.

You coach your team and you are their sounding board.

You facilitate your team members to thrive in their role and to put their strengths forward.

You are a true motivator and you inspire them to reach great results.

As part of the management team, you report to the Sales Director.

You propose and implement the medium-term sales strategy for the company for the region.

You are responsible for the annual operational sales plan in your region.

You collaborate on the strategic plan together with the trade marketing and marketing team and other relevant internal departments, defining the right product portfolio and support programs, to ensure a sustainable P&L for the stream.

Your profile We are looking for applicants with a Master’s degree or similar background.

You must have a business orientated mindset and have as a minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, including KAM experience (min.

5 years) and a senior role (min.

1 year).
