- term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.You love driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within assigned client portfolio.Together with the DOSM, you execute overall sales strategy of the hotel.The tasks you will need to perform with ease:

You are responsible for achieving the room and catering sales objectives of Corporate and TMC business segments.You act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns for his/her client portfolioRepresenting and promoting the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through Customer Relationship Management.Soliciting new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections come natural to you!Negotiating transient & group contracts and RFP’s for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions determined in the hotel’s selling strategy.Solicit transient and group business that enables the hotel to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms, meeting & events and food & beverage.You assist with selling, implementation and follow-through of group sales promotions, as well conversion support of the re-active sales team.You are organized so maintaining and updating sales records comes natural to you.Prepare correspondence to customers; prepare and use internal (and/or company) sales systems, reports and statistics and file maintenance.Attending tradeshows, community events, and FAM Trips and industry meetings are what you love doing!Participate in business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, trainings and other sales-related meetings as required.Close working relationship with operations and other departments are easily formedProviding sales support where needed to other commercial segments, upon direction from General Manager and Sales Leadership, understanding and supporting overall sales strategy.Identifying new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.Developing relationships within the corporate & TMC community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities are already part of your routine.Creating a sales activity plan for the Corporate segment and TMC & its feeder markets excites you very much!Liaise with Sales Office to ensure their accounts / segments perform in line with expectations / set KPI’s of the hotelPut & keep the hotel as leader in the market through the development of future and repeat business.Services our customers in order to grow share of the account.Executes and supports the company’s customer service standards.Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the company.Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, supply and demand and competition.Have an understanding of the hotel primary target customer and service expectations.Using knowledge of market trends, tools and target customer information to maximize revenue.You understand the overall market

Action orientated with a high drive for resultsPassion for sales and hospitality serviceA people-person and real networkerPositive attitude & very effective communicatorPossessing the Cardo DNA and of a real sales hunter approachHaving a real sales hunter approach, being an influencer & NegotiatorAbility to work under pressure and under own initiativeFluent in English, French and Dutch, an extra language is an asset.Strong understanding of the Corporate and TMC & its tools as Lanyon, Hotelligence/Agency360, GDS, Concur, Cvent, MICEVIEW,…)Knowledge of the local market & internationally experienced.Great connection with key corporate and TMC accounts in the market.The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities focusing on the Corporate (including mice) and TMC (Travel Management Company) markets and accounts.Driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within assigned client portfolio.
