As a manager you regularly review project sales and marketing plans by collaborating with the marketing team.You are a member of the BeLux Management team and have a close cooperation with the Dutch colleagues.You are responsible for the BeLuxsales results and report to the General Manager Profile You work on a Masters level, through education or obtained by working experience, of a Commercial education, a Business administration and/or technical studies.Proven experience of +5 years in sales management and business development.Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management in a project business.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Understanding of technical products and their applications.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.Goal oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Team player, persistent and self-steering.You speak Dutch and French because youll work in the BeLux.
