Managing purchase orders according to established procedures, ensuring smooth execution up to invoicing and documentation completion.

Coordinating the timely creation or acquisition of necessary export documents in collaboration with customs brokers or government agencies.

You'll also be responsible for validating customer-requested documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Facilitating the weekly planning process by liaising with shipment points to organize upcoming orders and loading timeslots.

Additionally, you'll arrange transportation for both land and container freight, oversee the booking of loading slots, and manage any associated costs.

  Profile What do we expect from candidates for the role of Sales Administrator? Excellent knowledge of English Prior experience in either Customer Service or Supply Chain.
