Ensure all systems usage policies are adhered.
Work closely with the IT Manager to identify and assess suitability of new features and/or system requirements.
If required project manage IT initiatives covering review, design, implementation and roll out.
Verantwoordelijkheden KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in IT.
Educated degree level in IT or relevant qualification.
You have minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
Administration switch and routers cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti (CCNA)Aruba WI-FI System.
Support and administration IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of Ticketing systems ServiceNow, Smartphone Android and Apple Administration and Manage Windows servers, MS O365, Azure, virtual vSphere, SAN et NAS, Switch et routers, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
Knowledge of Service desk analyses and follow with SLA et ITIL.
Team workers, independent, want to learn new technologies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines, Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong business focus and commitment to customer service excellence.
Excellent knowledge of Windows environment.
You are a stress resistant and flexible team player.
You are trilingual (Dutch/French/Eng).
You are in possession of a valid license.
