Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.Foster effective communication and collaboration among departments and teams, encouraging the sharing of information, insights, and expertise.
Identifying and Implementing Improvement Initiatives:
Identify and implement initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the transformation roadmap.Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the supplychaintransformation.
Documentation, Training, and Compliance:
Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained and up to date.Facilitate proper training and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that they understand and adhere to the new processes and procedures.
Collaboration with AGC ERP (SAP) Experts:
Collaborate with AGC ERP (SAP) experts to identify and implement appropriate IT solutions that support the transformation objectives.Leverage technology to streamline processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall supplychain performance.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates and reports to the transformation steering committee, highlighting progress, challenges, and action plans.Conduct meetings and facilitate discussions to ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise Gap Analysis:
Proactively identify any skills or expertise gaps within the organization that may hinder the successful implementation of the transformation.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address these gaps and develop strategies for acquiring or developing the necessary skills.
Adherence to Company Policies and Values:
Ensure that all transformation activities align with company policies, values, and regulations.Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity throughout the transformation process.
