IntroductionWithin IT Flat Europe organisation, the Digital & IT Finance and Procurement perimeter is responsible for the IT Strategy of the Finance and Procurement functions, including efficiency (process and system exploitation and optimisation).As part of the Digital & IT Finance and Procurement, the SAP SD functionalanalyst will join an IT department focused on the implementation of SAP based solutions for invoice-to-cash business requirements.
You will act as subject matter expert of the SAP processes. What does the job entail?He/she must:
understand the business requirements related to invoice-to-cash processes, integrate them with all kind of digitalization tools, mainly SAP-based but also RPA-tools, machine learning, … Act as the bridge between various stakeholders, be the business contact persons from several domains (Finance, TAX, Treasury, key account managers of commercial agencies, … ) Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements in coordination with different departmental teams (D&IT CMO, D&IT Data, local IT-teams Flat/Long/AMDS, transversal IT project teams e.g.
Scale-Up, …) Correspond directly with external customers Identify automation opportunities and analyze innovative solutions such as Machine learning on selfbilling matching tool resulting in direct reduction on manual workload (and at the end reduction of FTE’s) Build effective relationships with external partners to promote all kind of digitalization efforts, as an external parteners, we even have direct contact with customers. Analyze transactional data and information to provide insights and recommendations for invoice-to-cash Assist with special projects related to invoice-to-cash as necessary Who are we looking for? Master’s degree in economics & IT Experience with SAP SD/FICO/BI of minimum 3 years Good knowledge of SAP MM / PM processes Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English (the knowledge of another European language is an advantage) Being a team player and good communicator Business oriented mindset and analytical skills Ideally, you’ll also have Excellent documentation skills.
