- Manage a team of analysts and developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Drive the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP analytics systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP analytics, continually enhancing the teams skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Extensive experience working with SAP analytics technologies, including SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW/4HANA.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading analytics teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP ERP modules is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate (CA), SAP Certified Development Associate (CDA), or similar certifications are desirable. EmpHire ZaventemFlanders
