Are you a dynamic leader with a strong technical acumen and excellent sales skills? Heidelberg Materials Belgium is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to join the team at our headquarters located in Eigenbrakel/Braine-L‘alleud.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

You will actively contribute to the Management Team's strategic decision-making and guide the company's direction.You will directly manage a team consisting of 4 District Sales Managers and 1 Sales Administration Manager, overseeing approximately 40 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions within the Sales Organization.Your responsibilities entail optimizing sales results and margins for RMC BE, while considering Heidelberg Materials' interests in the Belgian market.You will analyze market trends and seize opportunities in product/market combinations, market strategies, customer service enhancements, sustainability initiatives, etc., while also streamlining sales processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Your profile:

You obtained a master degree in Business Administration, with a focus on technical or commercial management.

You have a proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving results in a commercial environment, coupled with excellent expertise in sales and negotiation techniques, with demonstrated success in closing deals.You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing.Our offer:
