You collaborate both closely with sales to formulate monthly forecasts and operations in crafting long-term supply strategies.
Meanwhile, you stimulate collaboration and communication between the sales and operations teams, to come to a strong team performance in running the S&OP process.
The use of the supply chain planning processes, is something you promote and improve by providing training, knowledge sharing and implementing process optimizations.
In case of supply chain oriented projects, you are one of the key contacts for the ICT Team.
Profile Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Then we look forward to meeting you!You have a Master’s degree in a relevant study field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain planning (factory planning, S&OP, distribution and logistics, …).
Experience in the FMCG industry or industrial manufacturing business is a plus.
You are results-focused and feel comfortable in a process-oriented environment.
You show a strong analytical & business-driven mindset, combining strategy with operational activities.You are flexible and have a natural drive to continuously improve processes and ways of working, a team player who finds it easy to absorb and transfer knowledge.On top of being a good communicator in Dutch and English, you are a very proficient user of Excel.
