You’re responsible for recruiting, training & coaching your team You’ll manage and fulfil stock orders for the rooftop, and ensure the inventory is counted every month You’ll make a monthly schedule for your team with a focus on efficiency, managing payroll You'll assist the F&E Manager with the day-to-day running of the rooftop.
You’ll lead and ensure a smooth daily running of the rooftop WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? You work well under pressure and have a hands-on mentality You have a positive mindset, are approachable and work well in a team You’re social, motivated, and flexible You’re proactive and you take initiative You have at least 6 months to 1 year of hospitality experience PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENTTemporary contract of 4 months (possibility of extension) WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?
