Performing and documenting risk assessments for various internal and external stakeholders.Establishing a culture of sound governance within the company and risk awareness among staff members.Developing a riskmanagement strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy including establishing measurable risk indicators for all risk types.Designing and implementing effective internal controls aligned both to the internal Risk Appetite and the regulatory and supervisory expectations.Facilitating gap - analysis and impact studies to address emerging regulatory changes.Implementing action plans to address the increased supervisory expectations in fields such as credit risk, ESG risk, outsourcing risk, digital transformation, Operational Resilience and ALM.You have a minimum 5 years' experience in RiskManagement and internal control within banking or insurance.You have entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and adeptness in both independent and team environments.You have a pragmatic, critical consultancy approach in evolving, regulated environments.You have a strategic, conceptual business insight with a broad perspective.Fluency in Dutch, French, and strong English skills are essential as our clients are in Brussels and Antwerp.Flexibility is key.Just ask our people:
