Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sustainable restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to innovative zero-waste principles.
Develop and implement training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service and sustainability standards.
Lead and supervise a diverse team, including supervisors, bartenders, waiters, hosts, and other personnel, fostering a cohesive and positive work environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant-related matters, coordinating with other departments such as Kitchen, Marketing & PR, and Finance.
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for the restaurant.
Profil Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management, preferably with a background in fine dining and experience in setting up new restaurants.
Proficiency in both French and English; fluency in Dutch is advantageous.
Positive, ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and lead teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of the local restaurant market.
Detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and energetic approach to work.
