WILL YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE? With your Client First focus you grow business current clients and generate new business.
Next to supporting and advising our current clients, you are also responsible for expanding the client portfolio.
You understand and translate complex business issues, needs and expectations of clients into a research design and you support your team in the development of a successful research project.
You know how to offer both advice and answers to complex research questions.
You guide your team in all aspects of a quantitative research project, from writing questionnaires, analysis and interpretation of the results to preparing meaningful reports for your clients.
You keep the overview and coach junior team members during these various steps in the project.
To make a real impact on your client’s business, you offer to your clients actionableinsights and provide business relevant recommendations.
You also enjoy storytelling and presenting research findings to the client and their internal stakeholders.
You know how to monitor the project planning and manage the budget within agreed timings and you make sure your team understands the relationship between expenses and profit margins.
You stimulate strong internal contacts with all operational teams and ensure smooth collaboration.
You are a true empowering people leader and you can inspire and help grow your team into their roles by coaching and mentoring them.
HOW DO YOU COMPLEMENT US? You have a client focused mindset and take up a consulting role towards your clients.
You’re passionate about the FMCG sector.
You’re fluent in business English and possess excellent communication skills.
You have an advanced knowledge of statistics, as well as experience and necessary knowledge in quantitative research.
You can fall back on an advanced understanding of sampling and methodologies.
Project management is a strength that characterizes you.
You gain energy from being a people leader, or you’re ready to take on this role! You have a solution oriented and creative mindset and look continuously for ways to improve efficiency and ways of working.
Your can-do mentality is a beneficial asset to the team.
A 9-to-5 mentality is not for you.
You like to be flexible.
Last but not least, you have a strong knowledge of the MS Office package.
