Runs the production process following defined procedures and guidelines in a safe way, with demanded quality and correct use of raw materials Supervises the production shift at the absence of the shiftforeman Contribution:
Executes the plant core business process in his shift, converting raw materials into finished goods, in a competitive way (regarding quality, cost and customer service) Contributes by providing technical leadership and people management in order to assure the high level standard of the shift Communication / contacts:

9 Accountabilities:
Execute production tasks within the predefined procedures (safety, maintenance,…) Housekeeping and correct use of the materials and the production equipment Ensure the products are produced in a safe work place in accordance with the environmental guidelines Ensure a continuous troubleshooting of installations and products Back-up of the shiftforeman at his absence Leader of the intervention team Execute accountabilities in accordance with plant safety, quality and environmental guidelines Expertise / Knowledge / Skills:
