· During business transformation, support in defining actions plan and act as a facilitator (communication…).· Establish effective employee relationships at all levels based on trust, experience and credibility by providing HR consultation, advice and counsel.· Lead the social representation agenda in partnership with the regional and country Employee Relations Leader (mandatory meetings, negotiations, elections, etc.)· Prepare information/consultation documentation to support discussion with social partners.Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.· 5 years of experience as HR business partner· Technical HR knowledge across a broad generalist scope including BE legislation, training and development, performance management and the ability to build strong relationships in a complex environment.· Strong social relations & LER skills & success in dealing with Work Council consultation processes.· Fluent in English + DutchIf this is your dream role we would love to hear from you.
