In short, the regional activities necessary for the construction of the network of the future are carried out here! Your role as RegionManager:
External stakeholders are your priority! You build strong relationships with the technical departments of local authorities, governments, engineering firms, and other utility companies.
If there are activities planned on our network in your region, you ensure that everyone is informed in a timely and effective manner so that the work can proceed as smoothly as possible.
You are our ambassador in your region.
You follow up on incoming synergy requests from external parties and investigate whether they can provide opportunities for our network.
This may involve strategic network expansions, improving network quality, or addressing certain security aspects.
You take into account each of these parameters and their associated costs to support decision-making.
As RegionManager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of specific projects carried out in collaboration with other utility companies in your region.
You utilize available reporting and systems, prepare external meetings with these utility companies, and represent Wyre in discussions.
You ensure that the execution proceeds flawlessly.
Upon completion of the project, you are responsible for financial reconciliation, reporting, and analysis, making improvement suggestions for future deviations.
This input is used to ensure accurate budgeting.
You actively seek structural improvements and propose initiatives for them.
Any improvement that benefits the regional process is further developed with stakeholders for implementation.
Organizing regional operational meetings within your region is your responsibility.
You review the status of key files with all relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring control over project budget, timing, and quality.
You inform these regional teams about results, thereby fostering cohesion among employees in these teams.
Our ideal RegionManager:
You communicate fluently and clearly in French, with sufficient proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
You possess strong organizational and planning skills, analytical abilities, and can devise structural solutions.
You are assertive and adept at networking.
