- Correct sorting of delivered goods and quality control of recycling streams.
The rest of the time is spent on administrative tasks; - Proper staffing - Monitoring and adjusting key performance indicators (time spent on site, load factor, etc.).
- Correct sorting:
correct handling and control of waste - Planning for disposal - Efficient warehouse layout - Correct reporting - Reporting breakdowns and making arrangements with suppliers/technical service for repairs.
Profiel Requirements for the position of team leader :
- You have knowledge of at least 2 languages:
Dutch and English or French.
- You know how to distinguish the essential from the incidental, give a controlled but effective impression and are very safety-conscious.
- You know how to work in a team.
- You have an excellent physical condition for this job.
- Knowledge of office software and SAP is a plus.
- Fluent verbal and email communication with other departments.
