ReceptionEnsure that the entire office is running efficiently on a day-to day basis, organize the office operations and procedures.Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome.Offer first class customer service and understand the customers’ requirements.Handle various administrative and operational responsibilities for our office, such as making catering and travel arrangements, booking of meeting rooms, management of overall correspondence and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.Facility ManagementThe receptionist & facilityofficer is responsible to ensure that we maintain, develop and improve the look and feel of our Workplaces and invests in proactive and reactive maintenance to create safe and effective working environments.
This involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, service providers, and colleagues, delivering maximum value for money and contractual compliance.Event ManagementSupport the organization of employee gatherings, team & sport events, gifts (birthdays, weddings, births), etc.
in collaboration with the Corporate HR Team.HR SupportAdministrative support for all HR related queries throughout the employee lifecycle.Who are we looking for?You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in Dutch and English;Developing fantastic internal working relationships is essential for this role alongside building connections with external service providersYou have a positive and entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude and are people oriented.
