Key Accountabilities :
You drive the implementation of GMP, HACCP, Quality certification, Customer audits, Puratos Standards You are responsible of Introduction of New Products, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials in collaboration with the Business Unit/R&D/Engineering/Operations You implement PuratosQuality Standars (ref Golden Unicorn).
You manage customer, certification &authority audits You ensure the Site Quality Control (organization & KPI’s, new QC analyses techniques…) You manage, coach and train the QA &QC Team members ans you create a good working environment.
You also ensure training & refreshment training in their specific domains.
You contribute to the optimization of PuratosAndenne operational procedures by active participation to site monthly meetings, quality meeting, task forces and other cross functional meetings You manage and communicate towards Puratos organization and customers Food Safety or Food Quality incidents, recall or crisis together with the Andenne management team (BU/Operation) You ensure the food safety and legality of the products based on the codex Alimentarius and relevant regulations.
You’re responsible for full compliance of your department to all applicable legal regulations and international food safety standards You collaborate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, Maintenance, Safety, HR, R&D, BU, …) in order to pull in the same direction You manage OPEX & CAPEX for QA/QC department You develop a QE mid-long term vision/strategy for both sites (AND/STV), supported for implementation by QA/QC/Environment affairs.
You provide leadership in proper customer interactions and communications to the local organization.
Who are we looking for? You have a Master degree, preferably in Food, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering You have 10-15 years of experience as QualityManager in a manufacturing environment (food or pharma sector).
