Tasks:
Acts as an internal focal point for quality issues (internal RDR’s and customer NC’s) on composite parts; Lead of structured problem solving to eliminate these quality issues; Lead problem solving kaizen workshops and support quality scrums to eliminate these quality issues; Assure reinforcement of introduced countermeasures; Structured problem solving to optimise the process efficiency to reduce the operational cost; Actively supports the operational departments to assure on time delivery to our customers; Introduces, controls and maintains process monitoring to improve (cost, time, quality) the manufacturing processes; Profile:
Master of Science (Industrial or Civil Eng.) (Electro-Mechanics, Mechanics, Materials, Aviation/Space, …) Min.
3 years of experience in production, engineering, manufacturing engineering Problem solving expert in low volume (composite) manufacturing Excellent analytical skills Quality and result oriented with attention to detail Experience with composites and composite manufacturing is a big plus Experience in Aviation and Aerospace or Automotive is a plus Knowledge of APQP/PPAP is a plus Fluent in Dutch and English Experience with CAD software, preferrable Catia and Autocad is a plus So, What’s in it for you?
