Provide advice on the choice of raw materials, considering optimal cost/performance ratios.Manage recipe costs and continually seek optimization, as well as laboratory costs.Team Management (+/ - 5 FTEs)Supervise QualityEngineer Assistants and Lab Technicians.Provide internal/external training and presentations on concrete technology, raw materials, mixed products, etc.Ensure compliance with safety rules.Develop solutions considering environmental objectives (CO2 reduction, use of recycled resources, etc.).Provide technical support to the sales force, promoting our solutions.Provide technical support to clients and internal personnel in order processing, production, etc.Support and contribute to applied R&D projects based on market needs.University degree (Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer - Construction/Building/Materials) or equivalent through experience.Ideally, successfully completed the Advanced Concrete Technology course from GBB, Belgian Concrete Association.People Manager with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the concrete sector or in a product quality management role.Customer satisfaction oriented.Cost-conscious.Languages :
