The role:
The Quality Manager will manage the general contractor to ensure the highest level of quality and to ensure that QA/QC is being followed in line with the clients expectations.
Although your main focus will be at the construction and handover phases, you will support from the design phase all the way through to project close out to ensure you follow the whole project programme.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Hold an engineering degree (electrical or mechanical)Previous experience of managing a contractor and other vendors on sitePrevious experience of supporting large mission critical or industrial projects (data centres preferred)Proven history of leading quality management; managing Cost / Change Control, including change order review, negotiation, & recommendations, delay analysisHistory of ensuring QA/QC is being followed and reporting any issues/gaps to the appropriate personConstruction and project close out experience - Initiate close out process prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advanceStrong communicator and a history of being client facing / the key point of contact on siteBackground in MEP worksFluency in English, French is beneficialExperience of Belgian projects is highly beneficialRights to work in Belgium or an EU passportIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now! #LI-CC1 Quantapart of QCS Staffing BrusselsBrussels
