- Develop plans and programs for achieving and maintaining product quality.
- Monitor the procedures and processes of assigned Quality Control areas.
- Review the work areas to appraise the adequacy of methods and procedures used to control quality and make recommendations for change to effect greater management efficiency in the accomplishment of the Quality Control mission.
- Conduct statistical and evaluative studies of operations.
- Make in-process inspection in the shop.
- Perform spot checks or sampling inspection.
- Determine whether quality standards are being met by detailed inspection.
Qualifikationsanforderungen AT THE BA 09:
Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of experience in a closely related field as the position to be filled.
To be creditable, experience must have been gained at a level that is equivalent to at least the second lower grade (BA-07).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of technical requirements, work procedures and qualityassurance methods to assure that proper procedures are followed, assure that work is performed in accordance with applicable specifications.
- Knowledge of established techniques, regulations and requirements related to the qualityassurance functional program in order to plan and perform a variety of assignments.
- Ability to interpret, explain and apply technical requirements and specifications involving quality problems.
- Knowledge of a range of products, processes and inspection techniques.
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION:
A Master degree (or equivalent) successfully completed in a related field is qualifying at the BA-09 level (e.g.
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, etc.) Foreign education must be officially evaluated for Belgian equivalency.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER:
- Permanent, full-time (38 hours/week) - Regular work schedule (Monday through Friday) SALARY:
- From 4,639.68 EUR gross/month at grade BA-09.
