Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with a strong emphasis on translation abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 45001 standards.H&S advisor Level 3 certification, or at least practical notions of occupational health and safety, to pursue training as a Prevention-Security Advisor.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.1-2 years of experience in a similar role is beneficial.Proactive in suggesting continuous improvements for one's own activities as well as those of colleagues.Responsibilities:
Assist the Country QHSSE Manager/ H&S advisor level 2 in their duties.Refine and translate risk analyses, meeting reports, action plans, presentations, and accident analyses conducted by the Country QHSSE Manager.Conduct safety orientations for new employees in collaboration with the HR department.Properly archive documents on the QHSSE management system.Promote QHSSE culture within the teams.At Fugro, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion.
