You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance with industry regulations, and continuous improvement of our systems and procedures.Promote Quality and Operational Excellence and cultivate Quality Culture, Compliance Awareness, Continuous Improvement Attitude & Accountability Culture across the UCB teams.Drive Quality Leadership on Quality & Compliance Strategy and interact with other functional areas to effectively communicate system & process requirements.Ensure communication of compliance status and issues to appropriate levels of the organization.Participate in the preparation for regulatory inspections and provide direct support to System Owners and main customers during inspections.What you’ll doDevelop and maintain quality control methods and procedures for periodic control (metrology, thermic and ZAC mapping), maintenance, and methodology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure direct follow-up of compliance audit activities, deviations, failure investigations, change control, qualification/validation activities.
Perform periodic Gemba and self-inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements.Monitor and document performance metrics related to periodiccontrol,maintenance, and methodology.Participate in the development and maintenance of the quality management system.Support training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff involved in the mentioned processes.Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, including SOPs, reports, and records.Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations, ensuring our processes remain compliant.Lead or co-lead internal audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and worldwide regulatory requirements with respect to cGMP.Interested?
