Ensure the preparation of Project Master Schedule during qualification phase, bidding phase and project launching phaseEnsure update and progress tracking of Project Master Schedule during the project execution phaseEnsure Senior planner and Project Manager satisfaction by dedicated periodical performance report and meetingsEnsure the timely and compliant delivery of the assigned project planning tasks, of project overall master schedule development and project detailed schedule developmentSupport the implementation of project planning and monitoring processCollaborate with each project team member in forecast process of different project work packagesCollaborate with Project Controlling in the economical monitoring of the projectContribute to guarantee reliability and on time availability of management reportingParticipate in the Change Order Management processAbout The ProfileRequired Skills/Knowledge:
Good understanding of project management techniques in addition to effective planning and scheduling skillsAbility to use MS OfficeAbility to use MS ProjectAbility to use Primavera P6Ability to use Tilos is a plus Proactive and collaborative job approachExperience:
Minimum of three years of relevant project planning experienceEducation:
Degree Engineering (preferable Industrial, Automation or Civil Engineering)Languages:
