oHandling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in various languages; oMaking appointments; oPreparing presentations oPreparation of budget reports •Making department-related orders in the financial system (SAP); using the tools provided; •Departmental budget monitoring using SAP system + orders made; •Checking invoices based on the orders made; •Organizing and booking trips, accommodations, etc.; •Overall support of the maintenance department; •Carries out necessary archiving and management of the central archive; •Ensures the management of all standard documents (Sharepoint); •Managing a number of central maintenance files •Administratively manage the budget bus process •Follow-up and reporting of the different stages of projects •Regular 1/1 meetings with immediate supervisor.
•Contact with Country Maintenance Managers, Experts and other members of the Maintenance department and the CMO.
•If necessary, contact head office, Shared Service Centre and staff in other departments and parks.
