You monitor the budgets in order to optimally realize the project within the set deadlines and budgets.You closely follow-up on the execution deadlines and the construction site and order any necessary adjustments.You monitor the procedures and executions within the framework of safety/quality/environment.You have a commercial mindset.You make correct and clear agreements with the client, your own people and the subcontractors and ensure that they are fulfilled.You are in contact with various departments such as purchasing, calculations, dispatching and plants, etc.
In this position, you report to the head of department.
Profile You preferably have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience.
You have a commercial mindset.Independent, stress resistant.You have excellent communication skills, have an excellent knowledge of English and you can express yourself in French.You have the appropriate sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, attention for detail and flexibility in dealing with various tasks.You are cost-efficient and have an interest in contract management.You are willing to travel.
