Analyzing sales lists from the LOB and reselling customers Managing a comprehensive list of customer information Sending out notifications to customers Verifying and handling rejected emails (such as those from former employees or spam) Tracking and managing customer responses in the bFO system Contacting customers by phone when necessary Providing additional information to customers as required Collaborating with the CCC technical team for battery replacement orders Following up and closing cases Managing progress information Communicating progress internally What qualifications will make you successful? Dutch and English proficiency mandatory, French desirable Experience with customer service or as a sales representative Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information and track progress Capable of taking on tasks and responsibilities independently and seeing them through to completion Proficiency in Office tools Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams Ability to work full-time (90% remotely)
