She/he will be the business partner for the respective Project Leads, will closely co-operate with plant/cluster directors and controllers, as well as with central Bakery support functions (Engineering, Business Development, Capex controlling) and with the Bakery Supply Chain Leadership Team.Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement project cost control processes and systems for capex and opex spending, to ensure the management of approved budgets.Develop and implement a control process for project savings.Set up a detailed budget tracking system for project resources and their costs.Analyze and document variances on quarterly basis vs plan.Recommend and manage corrective actions to mitigate financial risks.Provide all stakeholders and the Supply Chain Leadership team on a regular basis with an update of financial performance, cash flow analysis and Opps/Risks vs plan.Provide regular updates on quarterly (re-)phasing of project capex, opex, savings and cash forecast.Provide strong financial business partnership to the respective Project Leads, to drive together corrective actions, budget/phasing updates and safeguard timely and complete project execution.Closely co-operate with the respective plant/cluster directors and controllers, as well as with central Bakery support functions (Engineering, Business Development, Capex controlling, SCR team).Conduct regular project audit reviews in order to ensure compliance with accounting principles, Mondel?z policies and internal controls requirements.Profile:
Minimum 8 years of Finance experience, including a significant Manufacturing Finance experience in a plant.
