Organizing:

Providing direction and guidance to the project team, and motivating them to achieve the project's goals.

Monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed to ensure that the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
Communicating:
Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and risks, and communicating effectively with the project team.
Managing risks:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project's success.
Managing budgets and resources:
Ensuring that the project stays within budget, and that resources are used effectively.
Ensuring quality:
Ensuring that the project is completed to the required quality standards.
Closing:
Completing the project and performing a post-project review to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

You are familiar with PM methodologies.
Certifications are a plus You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with both internal and external stakeholders.

You are punctual and self-disciplined You are fluent in Dutch and English.
