- Drive on time delivery of projects, within scope and project cost. - Ensure timely invoicing towards our customer and from our subcontracting. - Implement all applicable aspects of the HBS Project Management Methodology during the execution of projects, using the Honeywell dedicated tool - Cora PPM. - Monitor financial performance monthly. - Identify and manage project risks, implement appropriate risk control measures. - Managing contracts, negotiating changes and additional requirements. - Lead the development and follow-up of the project plan. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.You have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as electrical/mechanical engineering, security engineering or fire safety. - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Customer Relationship Management talent. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers, commissioners, and subcontractors. - Stress resistant/flexible - Financial Skills - The ability to understand financial data and metrics. - Fluent oral and written communication in Dutch, French and English. - Experience working according to project management methodologies, such as Prince2, PMI or PMBOK. - Business understanding of HVAC and/or fire protection and security industry projects.
Knowledge of fire protection systems, access control systems, CCTV systems and other security technologies is a plus. Honeywell MachelenFlanders
