Vacatureomschrijving Wat ga jij doen?De ProjectManager is in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van CAPEX-projecten in onze terminal in Gent, maar kan ook worden toegewezen om projecten in EMEA en/of op het Juice Platform-niveau te beheren.
Hierbij werk je samen met interne en externe resources die nodig zijn voor het ontwerp en de bouw van nieuwe projecten of de vernieuwing van bestaande projecten, waarbij je voldoet aan de commerciële verwachtingen, de operationele efficiëntie maximaliseert en alle federale, staats - en lokale regelgevende vereisten naleeft.Wat houdt de functie concreet in?Ontwikkelen en leiden van de implementatie van CAPEX-projecten;Review van het project;Bepalen van de scope, noden, budget,…;Aanvragen van de nodige vergunningen;Hygiëne en veiligheidsvereisten naleven;Bijsturen waar nodig, op vraag van stakeholders;Ondersteunen van het management van de site bij de industriële en SHE-aspecten van de implementatie van CAPEX-projecten;Voorstellen doen voor de implementatie van nieuwe projecten in samenwerking met het lokale, platform & regionale team (proces, verbetering van bedrijfsmiddelen, onderhoud, SHE, PMO);Implementeren van locatie-overschrijdende standaardisatie & technische innovaties van technische processen;Stakeholder management & communicatie;Rapportage;Aansturen & superviseren van het personeel van aannemers die adviseren over technische zaken; Aanvullende informatie Additional Information for the jobDiversity & InclusionLDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
