Tasks Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources and project organization, timelines, and budget.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and project sponsors.Assemble and lead teams, including subject matter experts, IAM process owners and IT professionals.
Ensure team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities and collaboration with agile Release Trains is effective.Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor and manage project budget throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluation.
Competences Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
You have strong communication skills and are able to advice and interact with all levels of managementYou have strong organizational skills, to manage and prioritize work and initiatives under deadlines and you have experience with Agile way of working.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively at all levels.You are business proficient in English and Dutch or French Background Masters degree in exact sciences or has gained equivalent knowledge by relevant work experience.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.At least 5 years relevant delivery experience in IAM/PAM/IGA or in the delivery of security related projects including the delivery of change across technology, people and process.
