• Define the standards of use and the governance of the configuration of the new Client BPM platform in cooperation with the SAP transformation program and with the Business Process Owners in the different directorates.
• Include information on the BPM tool use in the RFP documents and selection for the SI partners of the SAP transformation program.
• Merge the existing Process Definitions from all directorates into the newly established (SAP - based) Business Process Framework as a basis for further detailing the L4 and L5 business processes (in the SAP Transformation program), and extend the BPF with the non-SAP-based processes.
• Implement the guidelines and detailed work instructions (with governance) into all client directorates and all the users of the BPM tool (Process Owners, Key Users, Data Analysist, IT consultants and external partners,..
).
Main and critical requirement:
several project life cycles with implementation of a BPM tool (like Aris, Signavio, Industry Print) for business process modelling and data mining from SAP and non-SAP solutions - working with primarily business process owners, business analysts, and IT functional and technical teams (Solution Mgr) in a complex business environment.
Requirements Must have’s:
ITIL Certification and a Project Methodology Certification are a MUST.
Proficient in Dutch, French and English.
Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium.
