Job Requirements Your profile:
• A 1st experience in projectmanagement using MS Project, including risk management;• Capacity to drive and manage networks;• Skills in transversal management;• Capacity to operate in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and international environment;• Excellent communication skills;• Analytical and hands-on mindset;• Team player.
Specificity of the job Your role:
• Ensure the development and maintenance of Project tools, with the objective of monitoring and optimizing project performance;• Ensure the efficiency of project execution for all users by taking into account the harmonization and homogenization of methods and tools for monitoring;• Participate in the realisation of the risk analysis and drive the action plan related to the risk management;• Organize and lead the management process (reviews, milestones, decisions and actions);• Ensure data backup;• Develop tools for performance monitoring solutions (KPIs) of the project;• Participate and drive the implementation of an improvement process within the project in accordance with the standards of SAFRANprojectmanagement methodologies and consistent with the company's processes.
