Design and implement whole governance framework for projectmanagement, emphasizing adherence to defined standards and the Stage Gate Validation process.
Implement and manage risk management strategies to ensure the successful execution of MajorCapitalProjects.
Develop and define metrics for reporting and monitoring project progress, ensuring good practices in projectmanagement.
Achieve organizational excellence in projects by improving leadership and periodically reviewing project performance against objectives.
Participate in the development and prioritization of the capex portfolio, contributing to strategic project prioritization.
Support budgeting and budget control for the yearly and three-year capex plans, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Submit quarterly performance reports for project health checks and evaluate the level of achievement in MajorCapitalProjects.
Contribute to the preparation of detailed plans for portfolios, programs, and projects in collaboration with various organizational functions.
Develop projectmanagement maturity within Etex Engineering through the elaboration and standardization of Capex projectmanagement processes, resource management, and the implementation of governance measures.
What You'll Bring:
Skills and experience as a project manager in the domain of capital goods & international projects.
Experience in the realization of industrial projects for heavy industry and functional solutions would be an advantage.
Several years of experience in design and implementation of governance framework for CapitalProjects on international level.
Experience in PM Development.
Ability to work on several projects at once, possibly in urgent circumstances.
Ability to communicate and share experience and know-how regardless of the different cultural circumstances and languages that can occur.
International (short stay) mobility to provide support and training.
Ability to speak one or more foreign languages.
English is essential.
Other languages would be an advantage.
Ability to integrate a matrix organization with a transversal hierarchy.
Practical experience of Early Equipment Management.
Practical experience in Agile project methodology and Daptiv Planview is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
