sustainabilityprojects that have been running on a smaller scale in combination with newer and larger sustainability initiatives – you will act as the main focal point for FAB (with help from team manager) the main program has the goal to identify for a wide range of tools and processes how much they contribute to the consumption of electricity, gasses, water, ..
.
and how this translates in a CO2 footprint multiple other projects that touch the field of sustainability are also part of this job:
recuperation of metals in our CR waste stream, water consumption and initiatives to reduce these, enabling idle and sleep modes for CR and subfab equipment, ..
.
As Project lead:
report in a consistent manner to FabOSE and Fab Management.
Autonomy is important as many projects will be novel and require the ability to independently explore and to analyse.
Strong interpersonal skills will help to communicate effectively, also with other Fab areas and specific Tool owners.
A wide knowledge of processes is an advantage.
Work of CleanRoom Tools:
Sustainability and CO2 contribution of processes require monitoring CR Tools, when sensors are not present, you come up with creative ways to obtain the required data.
Cooperate with other colleagues in the FabOSE team that have projects ongoing with shared interests; constructively achieve common goals – eg:
the FDC Project Lead enables the SSTS Lead to monitor certain parameters, the Subfab Specialist enables you to monitor subfab parameters, Remain flexible as you navigate changing priorities between projects.
The FabOSE management will support you in setting priorities correctly.
