In collaboration with the cable supply experts, you will:
Review and provide input for the evaluation of bids and technical support during negotiations in relation to the cable system supply scope;Support the review the cable systems design;Support the development of the necessary quality management activities related to the cable system supply scope.Follow-up the manufacturing and testing of the cable systems, supported by quality control officers and/or client representatives.
Profil recherché Hard skills and soft skills:
You have a Master Degree in Engineering (electrical or mechanical)You have at least - years of relevant working experience with offshore cable projects.
A high level of experience with EPC cable projects and or HVDC cable supply is a plus.You have theoretical and practical experience in managing the design and production of HV cables (and its accessories).
Experience with FO cables is a plus.
You have experience with ampacity calculation software ( CYMCAP, ETAP), experience with dynamic analysis software ( ORCAFLEX) is a plus.A knowledge of international standards and recommendations related to cable system design and testing (IEC and Cigré).You are flexible, willing to learn and work on different subjects within the project.You are an excellent communicator and have excellent teamwork skillsYou are organised and results orientedYou are able to work under pressure and not deterred by challengesYou are proactive and a problem-solverYou can prioritise and act accordinglyYou can work in an international project environmentLanguages:
You are fluent in English, both orally and writing.
A knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
