The ProjectDirector will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are not only met, but exceeded wherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate high level of quality, sustainability, and safety standards.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive performance through design development, permitting and approvals, procurement and ultimately construction.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Previous experience of leading a multi-disciplinary site team including commissioning lead, electrical and mechanical leads and CSA leadsPrevious experience of leading large mission critical or industrial projects (data centres preferred)Strong communicator and a history of being client facing / the key point of contact on siteProviding daily and weekly progress updates to the end clientSolid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive staff and sub-contractorsBackground in CSA or MEP worksFull project life cycle experience from design through to handoverExperience of managing the construction phase of a projectFluency in French and English (Preferred)Experience of Belgian projects is highly beneficialKnowledge of local laws, legislations and supply chains is advantageousRights to work in Belgium or an EU passportIf this role is of interest to you, please apply now! #LI-CC1 Quantapart of QCS Staffing BrusselsBrussels
