As ProjectController you are responsible for the following tasks within the Viabuild Group:
You draw up the budget of the project.You draw up the progress report every month.You make a financial planning of the project.You analyse the costs and compare them to the budget.You are responsible for forecasting the project.You check the progress reports of the subcontractors.You follow up on all additional work and discuss this with the client.For all these tasks, you work closely with the project manager.
In this position, you report to the Group Controller.
Profile As Financial/Business Controller you analyse cost flows on the basis of figures.
You make connections between seemingly unrelated facts, you actively look for the causes of cost shifts; you understand the story behind the figures.You can reduce complexity to the core.You have a strong feeling not only for figures, but also for people.
Thanks to your good social and communicative skills, you build close relationships with numerous departments and employees.You have a strong affinity with IT, good Excel skills are indispensable in your job.You are efficient/ strong analytical/ accurate/ no-nonsense/ hands-on/ deadline oriented.You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written) and you can also express yourself fluently in French and English, so that you can collaborate with all services and employees.
