At Axians Audiovisual in Roeselare, we are looking for a SupportAssistant for our Support & Managed Services department.
Our audiovisual department with projects you can admire in the building of the NATO and the European Commission, is located in Roeselare.
ProjectAssistant – CustomerSupport Function You are responsible for the helpdesk and the management of support requests You ensure the administrative follow-up of the interventions, from the request till its closure You are responsible for part of the department’s administration You manage the planning and organisation of our technicians You are actively involved in the financial management of the contracts You work closely with the Team Manager and the Project Engineer to manage invoicing You daily prepare offers in collaboration with the Project Engineer Profile Structured, organised, analytical, customer-oriented, communicative and problem-solving are characteristics you recognise in yourself.
You will work in Word, Excel and SAP on a daily basis.
Don’t you have experience with these? Then we provide training! You can communicate at a certain level in Dutch, French and English.
